Be well.
Be well.
Make sure to arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotions, sunscreen or oils on your brow area.
Discontinue the use of OTC products or prescriptions with active ingredients such as retinol, tretinoin, topical steroids etc. At least a full week prior to your service. Also avoid using any exfoliating products at least 48 hours prior to your service.
Be well hydrated because hydrated skin significantly lessens the chance of brow lifting. When your skin is dehydrated, it's less pliable, more fragile and prone to lifting or tearing because it has less elasticity. So drink your water and keep your brow area moisturized!
Communicate! Let your specialist know if you’re using new skincare, are on medications not previously discussed, have any skin sensitivities, rashes or sunburn or have had recent treatments such as a sun tan, chemical peel or microdermabrasion.
And if you're unsure, please always ask!
Arriving on time for your appointment helps to ensure a smooth and relaxing brow experience without feeling rushed.
